At Cross Hire, we make our custom-built boilers to a high spec. With our technical expertise, we can bring the best product for the job too. We also make bespoke boilers that we customise to your specific needs – even for the most unusual uses. All our boilers are available to rent or for sale.
We always evolve and upgrade our fleet of boilers to make sure we have the latest, high-build quality products. Our boilers are efficient and comply with all legislation, which means you can be sure your money is being well-spent when you choose Cross Hire for your boiler rental or purchase.
Parts We Use
Our basic units are containerised and come with 100kW, 250kW, 300kW, 500kW or 600kW burners. Meanwhile, equipment such as dual circuits, integral heat exchanger and system pumps are also included.
We can customise the specification to your needs too. We offer boiler size options that range from 100kW right up to 2000kW. The format of the unit can also be customised. Low footprint packaged units are available too, as well as mobile trailer configurations.
- Container, packaged or trailer formats
- Output from 100kW up to 2000kW
- Fuel choice of diesel oil, natural gas and electric
- Single or dual circuit, LPHW and portable hot water
- Pressurisation units
Our plant room boiler development production is never affected by issues with the procurement of parts. That’s because we have a direct relationship with the maker of our parts:
- Prextherm RSW boilers by Ferroli
- Gas & oil burners by Riello
- System Pumps by Grundfos
- Heat Exchangers by Sondex
- Pressurisation Units by Siemens
- Frost Stats by Grasslin
Flue Dilution Units
We continue to build our standard boilers, although we do evolve the configuration of the control systems. And we adapt our plant room boiler development to meet the latest safety and efficiency standards too.
Flue dilution units are also available as an addition to any boiler configuration. We design these dilution systems in-house and these are built to fit on top of the boiler, which has minimal effect on overall footprint. Installing the flue dilution system means:
- The boiler meets with Environmental Protection and Clean Air Acts
- The units can now be used in public areas
- Our boilers are now more friendlier to the environment
