• We have four service directors running our team of over 50 technicians providing after sales service 24 hours a day 7 days a week nationwide.
• We can tailor maintenance contracts to suit every business need including preventative maintenance contracts and deep clean programs.
• We understand the importance of being able to communicate with our customers and all Cross technicians are professional and well presented.
• We have Access to customer sites via service office PC monitoring stations which, allows us to analyse faults and assist in troubleshooting where a remote monitoring facility is installed. Many faults can now be corrected without a site visit leading to less disruption for our customers.
• All engineers are equipped with laptops to allow remote access to client’s equipment where a remote monitoring system is installed
• Our engineers receive on-going training to keep abreast of latest technologies
• Our engineers have unrivaled knowledge and expertise in Refrigeration, Air conditioning and Hot Food equipment
• Our vehicles are all fitted with a Vehicle Management Information system that allows us to track them from our office to site improving response times and allowing us to manage our team more effectively.
• All service engineers carry handheld palm pc units which, allows technicians to order spare parts and submit reports without ever having to return to base.
• Our vehicles are all equipped with a large supply of commonly used spare parts and are backed up internally by a fully stocked spares department
